Who we are

Phone calls
If you call 020 3780 8827, we see your number and any details you give us (address, job description, callback time) so we can attend the job and quote accurately. There is no call-tracking or call-recording software installed on this website — calls are handled the same way any phone call is, through our mobile network provider, which has its own separate privacy obligations for call data.
The contact form
The form on our contact page is handled by Formspree, a third-party form processor — we don't run our own server or database. Whatever you type is sent directly from your browser to Formspree, which forwards it to our inbox by email and does not use it for advertising or sell it on. Formspree may briefly retain a copy of the submission on their systems under their own privacy policy (see formspree.io) — we only see the name, phone, email, and message you choose to submit.
Where enquiry emails are stored
Emails you send us land in our Gmail inbox, which is subject to Google's own security and privacy practices. We keep enquiry and job-related emails for as long as reasonably needed to complete the work, handle any warranty claim, and meet our own record-keeping obligations — after that, you can ask us to delete them.
Analytics
If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited and roughly how — this helps us tell whether the site is actually useful, not to advertise to you. It only runs if you accept; see the cookie policy for exactly what it stores and how to opt out.
What we don't do
